Our Location
The Active Hip Centre is an independent business that subleases space from an existing highly respected multi-disciplinary healthcare facility in downtown Calgary called Altitude Collaborative Health.
The Active Hip Centre at Altitude Collaborative Health is located on the 3rd floor of the Keynote 2 high rise building. The Keynote 2 building is located on 11th Ave SE immediately East of Sunterra Market Keynote 1.
Parking
Street Parking is FREE for patients of Altitude Collaborative Health AND the Active Hip Centre. To assist with the parking process, we highly recommend downloading the City’s ParkPlus App to check availability in the area prior to arriving for your appointment.
When deciding on a street Park Plus location, you must check and follow the posted signs to ensure you’re parking in a permitted zone for the duration of your appointment (for example street parking along 11th Ave is not available after 3:30pm). Once you have legally parked at ANY Park Plus zone, make note of the zone number (and your license plate!) before coming up to reception to register your parking using the tablet at the front desk. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
Entering The Keynote 2 Building
After entering the main door of the Keynote 2 building, you will come to a locked glass door with a touch screen on your left. The video link below shows you how to find the Altitude Collaborative Health listing on the touch-screen (hint – it’s at the top of the screen). Push the “call” button and the Altitude receptionist will unlock the door. Alternately, once you reach the locked door you can call Altitude Health reception directly at 403 454 1701.
Accessing the Active Hip Centre at Altitude Collaborative Health
Take the elevator in the main Keynote 2 foyer to the 3rd floor. Reception will be to your right as you exit the elevator. After registering, you will be guided a short distance to arrive at the Active Hip Centre.
