Torri has been Ah-Mazing to work with! She's very thorough and gives clear, realistic and easy to follow treatment plans. I would recommend her to anyone who feels like they "have tried everything" after being referred to the Active Hip Centre and working with Torri I started to see results right away.

Jordan Rankin is my physiotherapist and is phenomenal! She very knowledgeable and professional, explaining things in a way I'll understand. I've had hip issues since I was a teen and recently experienced a unique flare up in my pelvis, my family doctor predicted ~6months off from riding horses. After a few visits with Jordan, she developed custom exercise plans and she introduced me to dry needling and I was back up on horseback in a week. She continues to provide services for my hips and back keeping my body in peak shape for this rodeo season coming up. I strongly recommend Jordan for any physiotherapy services and especially for my hips. (My horse would also thank her if he could haha)

On the advise of a local professional sports team doctor I was referred to the Active Hip Centre to deal with pre hip replacement surgery pain management and muscle development. AHC team member Torri Barnes care and attention eliminated all the ancillary muscle issues i was suffering with and strengthened my hip muscles which lead to a very successful hip replacement. If you have any hip issues, AHC should be your first phone call!!
